Brianna Aguilar is a dedicated and community-driven professional currently serving as the Operations Coordinator at Media Advantage. In her role, she plays a pivotal part in supporting internal operations, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes execution that empowers the entire team to deliver excellence.
Originally from San Angelo, Texas, Brianna’s passion for community engagement and leadership began early. A proud alumna of Angelo State University, she first joined Media Advantage as an intern in 2023. Recognizing the company’s mission and culture as a perfect fit, she was given the opportunity to return to Media Advantage in February 2025, applied for a position and was successfully offered the role.
Throughout her academic journey, Brianna demonstrated a strong commitment to personal development and civic involvement. She was actively involved in numerous student organizations, including Delta Zeta Sorority, Rambassadors, Up and Coming Scholars, and served as an Orientation Leader and Ram Transition Leader. These roles helped shape her leadership style and deepened her sense of responsibility to both her peers and the broader community.
Brianna continues to carry this spirit of service into her professional life. She is an active member of Texas Business Women of San Angelo and serves on the board of the Rainbow Room, where she lends her expertise in marketing and event coordination. Additionally, she volunteers her time with various community initiatives and remains connected to her roots through participation in the San Angelo Delta Zeta Alumnae Chapter.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Brianna enjoys cooking, reading, staying active through exercise, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
